Dr Wardley is an HCPC-registered counselling psychologist offering psychological therapy, supervision, training, career and life coaching. He has worked in a broad range of physical & mental health settings within the NHS as well as running a private practice.
Dr Wardley is trained in a variety of therapy approaches with specialising in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and third wave Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness.
EMDR is effective in processing past experiences that are impacting on current day difficulties. He works with people seeking help with a wide range of difficulties, including depression and all forms of anxiety (PTSD/trauma, OCD, panic, phobias, social and health anxiety) as well as grief, addiction, anger, relationship issues, pain and physical health, sleep disturbances, weight management and emotional eating.

Dr LUCY MERSH, DClinPsy
Lucy is an experienced clinical psychologist, accredited CBT therapist, and EMDR therapist. She has over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS providing therapy, supervision, consultation and training to other psychologists and clinicians.
Lucy offers a warm and safe space for clients to discuss their difficulties. She loves her job and believes that we can all benefit from time to reflect, understand ourselves better, and find new ways to move forward. She believes that good therapy is about helping people use what they have learnt in sessions to gain a greater sense of wellness, confidence and resilience in their everyday lives.
Lucy is experienced in working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, low-self-esteem, relationship difficulties and psychosis.
