Sports massage therapy is a manual technique that is used to relieve tension in your soft tissues, increase muscle tone, improve circulation, increasing your range of motion and mobility.
Our sports massages can assist you for a range of different reasons including sporting injuries, reducing joint and muscle pain, treating muscular damage, surgery rehabilitation treatment and much more.
For me to be able to work with your sports injury effectively, I will listen closely to how you are feeling within your body and assess you prior to treatment. Through this understanding, we can then discuss together an effective sports massage treatment plan that will work for your sports injury, soft tissue as well as joint and muscle pains.
